Interim COO or CEO-successor-in-training

3.5 Women, LLC (proposed) is looking for members of its founding Board of Managers who can act as project managers, working mostly from home or a rented co-working space  in or near Kittanning.  A second co-working space in or near Butler is in the works.  One of the Managers is likely to be named interim COO and will be considered for advancement to CEO and/or General Manager.

Our goal is to create jobs that take advantage of a person’s existing skills, adding free training where appropriate so that any job seeker is better able to help their future employers but prefers to stay with us.  There is enough diversity in our mix of products and services that multi-tasking is a plus but not required.  Nobody can teach a lazy person to be a self-starter.  If your biggest accomplishment so far in life is figuring out how to milk the welfare system, please don’t waste your time or ours.
